Len and Geraldine are both UK residents.

 Kalkan is a lovely town and the combination of the luxurious accommodation, the friendly locals and the great food and drink will make your holiday one to remember.

They are always looking at ways to improve the villa each season and welcome feedback for suggested improvements.

They only rent the villa to a single party of up to eight people.

 The weekly rates vary from £2000 in May  through to £2800-£3500 in July and August.
